Do I need biking experience?
No prior experience is necessary. Our e-bikes are intuitive to use, and we provide a brief orientation before starting. The electric assist makes cycling accessible to all fitness levels.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing suitable for the weather, closed shoes, and sunscreen are recommended. We provide helmets and safety gear. For morning tours, bring a light jacket as Tigoni can be cool.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance, especially for weekend tours which tend to fill up quickly. Last-minute bookings are sometimes available – contact us to check.
Can children participate?
Yes! We have smaller e-bikes suitable for children 12 and above. For younger children, we offer tandem attachments so they can ride with an adult. Family-friendly routes are available.
What if it rains?
Light rain doesn't stop us – we provide rain ponchos. In case of heavy rain, we offer the option to reschedule or select an alternative indoor activity from our partners.
How long are the tours?
Our standard e-bike tours last 2-3 hours. Combined adventure packages with ziplining or quad biking typically take 4-5 hours, including breaks and transition time.
